Cooking Class
In our garden we organize cooking classes surrounded by the vivid colours and the delicate scent of our lemon and orange trees. Together with our chef you will learn to prepare delicious local dishes, following ancient recipes and family secrets.

The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a first course with homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert.
Under the experienced leadership of our chef, you can learn how to cook the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina or the ravioli alla caprese. You can cook the famous eggplant parmigiana, made with fried eggplant, then put in the oven with mozzarella and tomato sauce. At the end the dessert can not miss: a delicious tiramisù with coffee or agrumance sauce (the menu selected could change on the basis of the seasonality of the products).
